Master Bathroom Chestnut Tree by Dwell Homes

This Lake Norman lakefront master bath features a 4’x8’ shower with 9’ tall tile walls. A stand alone tub rests in-between two custom build vanities by Meticulous Matters. The ‘backsplash’ extends from the floor to the ceiling and wall to wall. I took on this project when the floors and the main wall had holes in them. I sealed in the room, framed and prepped the shower and backsplash wall. From there I custom floated the oversized shower pan and waterproofed the base and bench with a PVC liner. A couple thousand tiles later this project came together. It was a great success taking this room from studs to a complete luxury master bathroom.
